GTO Wizard is the worldwide leader in training and education for serious poker players. We use AI to provide GTO solutions in seconds with comprehensive coverage of poker situations. Our team of under 100 people works fully remotely on a Central European Timezone schedule.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on growth marketer who can drive two things that usually live in separate heads: CRM and Paid Acquisition.
On the CRM side , you'll be the hands-on driver of our lifecycle communication: building onboarding flows, retention campaigns, win-backs, and segmentation, and running a constant stream of experiments to improve activation, conversion, and retention.
On the PPC side , you'll be the one setting up and running our paid campaigns on Google and Meta, coming up with ideas, building and optimizing campaigns, and delivering results. You don't need to run everything from day one, but you should bring real campaign experience.
This is a senior individual contributor role with a high degree of agency over what to test and how to execute.

In this role you will

• Build and run CRM campaigns: onboarding, retention, and win-backs across email and in-app channels.

• Design, run, and evaluate growth experiments, and act on the results quickly.

• Set up, manage, and optimize our PPC campaigns (Google, Meta) hands-on, day to day.

• Come up with campaign ideas, launch them, measure them, and kill or scale them based on data.

• Use AI tooling as a daily part of your work.

• 'Make the call', expressing our company preference for agency and action over excessive discussion, escalation, and delay.

What you bring

• Several years of hands-on experience in performance or growth marketing for a digital product, ideally subscription-based.

• Proven CRM experience: email automation, onboarding and retention flows, segmentation, and lifecycle experiments.

• Solid experience running PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta), comfortable managing accounts hands-on.

• A data-driven mindset: you set up experiments properly, read the numbers honestly, and let results decide.

• Experience with AI assistance.

• Clear, professional English language communication skills (written and spoken).

• An interest in poker or gaming is a nice bonus, not a requirement.
