Role Summary: We are seeking a creative, dynamic, and highly motivated Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team for Bellesa Boutique. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing our influencer marketing strategies, aimed at expanding brand presence and driving conversion across social media platforms. This role requires someone with a passion for the Influencer and sexual wellness industry, a keen eye for emerging trends, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, etc.), ensuring alignment with our brand values and target audience.
• Manage and optimize a high volume of influencer collaborations per month (minimum budget $1M/year), driving measurable ROI.
• Develop creative and innovative influencer marketing campaigns that effectively convey our brand's message and drive measurable results.
• Collaborate with talent and internal teams to create engaging, brand-appropriate and platform optimized content.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, using data to optimize future briefs and strategies.
• Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines related to marketing in the adult toy industry.
• Manage influencer marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in account management, influencer marketing, social media management or b2b sales, preferably in the lifestyle, beauty, wellness, or adult industries.
• Proven experience with and a strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and maintain positive relationships with influencers and partners.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in the adult toy industry and promoting sexual wellness.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and work independently as well as in a team.
• Discretion, professionalism, and a sensitive approach to all communications.
• Ability to work augmented hours if post deployment requires (e.g. posts may be required at 6pm ET).
