Deine Mission:
Als CRM & Sales Operations Manager (m/w/d) übernimmst Du die strategische und operative Verantwortung für unsere CRM- und Vertriebsprozesse. Du arbeitest direkt mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen und entwickelst eine skalierbare Infrastruktur, die unsere Customer Journey und unsere High-Ticket-Vertriebsprozesse auf das nächste Level hebt.
Du baust nicht einfach Workflows – Du baust die Systeme dahinter: eine leistungsstarke, datengetriebene CRM- und Sales-Operations-Struktur, die nachhaltiges Wachstum ermöglicht.
Du denkst in Customer Journeys, Prozessen und KPIs – nicht in einzelnen Aufgaben.
️ Deine Aufgaben
Strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer CRM- und Sales-Operations-Struktur
Entwicklung und Verantwortung einer skalierbaren CRM-Roadmap
Analyse, Optimierung und Automatisierung bestehender Prozesse entlang der gesamten Customer Journey
Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung leistungsstarker CRM-Workflows und Automatisierungen
Definition und Tracking zentraler KPIs wie Conversion Rate, Pipeline-Geschwindigkeit, Lead-Qualität und Customer Value
Aufbau einer sauberen Daten-, Reporting- und Analyseinfrastruktur
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Founder, Marketing-, Sales- und Funnel-Team
Identifikation neuer Effizienz- und Wachstumspotenziale innerhalb unserer Vertriebsprozesse
Mittel- bis langfristig: Aufbau und Koordination eines kleinen Operations-/CRM-Teams
Direktes Reporting an die Geschäftsführung
Das bringst Du mit
Mindestens 3+ Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich CRM, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations oder vergleichbaren Bereichen
Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Aufbau, der Optimierung oder Skalierung von CRM- und Vertriebsprozessen
Tiefes Verständnis für Customer Journeys – von der Lead-Generierung bis zur Conversion
Erfahrung mit Automatisierungen, Prozessdesign und CRM-Systemen
Strategisches Denken kombiniert mit Hands-on-Mentalität – Du kannst Systeme entwickeln und bei Bedarf selbst umsetzen
Sehr starke analytische Fähigkeiten und sicherer Umgang mit Dashboards und KPI-Systemen
Erfahrung mit Tools wie HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, Zapier oder vergleichbaren Plattformen
Unternehmerisches Mindset, Eigenverantwortung und klare Kommunikation
Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und sehr gutes Englisch
