Sales Manager (m/w/d)

Du bist der erste echte Kontaktpunkt zwischen Interessent und Unternehmen und damit ein entscheidender Hebel für unseren Erfolg.

Deine Aufgabe ist es, in strukturierten Gesprächen herauszufinden, ob ein Lead wirklich passt: fachlich, situativ und hinsichtlich Kaufbereitschaft. Du führst diese Gespräche aktiv, steuerst den Prozess und sorgst dafür, dass ausschließlich qualifizierte Kontakte in den Closing-Prozess gehen.

So nimmst du direkten Einfluss auf die Qualität des Funnels, die Abschlussrate und den Umsatz.

Die Rolle ist vollständig remote. Was zählt, sind Ergebnisse, Struktur und Eigenverantwortung, nicht dein Standort.

Deine Aufgaben

Erstkontakt & Qualifizierung

  • Du sprichst aktiv mit eingehenden Leads

  • Du führst strukturierte Erstgespräche

  • Du erkennst Bedarf, Ziele und Kaufbereitschaft

  • Du entscheidest über Qualifizierung oder Nicht-Passung

  • Du übergibst saubere, vorbereitete Termine an das Closing-Team

Gesprächsführung im Funnel

  • Du arbeitest mit klaren Gesprächsleitfäden

  • Du steuerst Gespräche aktiv in Richtung Entscheidung

  • Du erkennst Einwände und Potenziale frühzeitig

  • Du sorgst für klare nächste Schritte

Follow-up & Organisation

  • Du verfolgst offene Kontakte konsequent nach

  • Du reaktivierst No-Shows und inaktive Leads

  • Du pflegst dein CRM sauber und vollständig

  • Du strukturierst deine eigene Pipeline eigenverantwortlich

Performance & Weiterentwicklung

  • Du arbeitest mit klaren KPIs wie Set-Rate und Show-up-Rate

  • Du verbesserst kontinuierlich deine Gesprächsqualität

  • Du nutzt Scripts, Trainings und Feedback aktiv

  • Du entwickelst dich messbar im Sales-Bereich weiter

  • Erfahrung im High-Ticket-Vertrieb (B2B, Coaching, Agentur)

  • Branchenkenntnisse in Finance, Immobilien oder Unternehmertum

  • Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen (z. B. Close, WhatsApp Business etc.)
