Sales Marketing Support Specialist (SMS)

We're on the hunt for someone who has a deep understanding of digital marketing, a strong work ethic, and powerful communication capabilities and is ultra responsive. The SMS will function as the backbone of the sales team, ensuring that sales and marketing operations run efficiently. This role will bridge marketing automation, sales processes, CRM management, and administrative support.

As the ideal candidate, you'll have sales experience, a deep understanding of automation and at least 1 year working with a digital marketing agency. You'll be joining a team of experts in the industry, so bring your A-game and get ready to push yourself to grow beyond your current comfort zone. Core responsibilities include:

Sales Automation and CRM Management

- Assist in setting up and managing CRM workflows (Pipedrive).- Automate sales tasks (email sequences, appointment scheduling, pipeline tracking).- Manage and optimize sales reporting and dashboards.

Marketing Automation, Lead Nurturing and Event Marketing Support

- Oversee automation in tools like MAP Social, MAP Mail, and MAP Connect.- Support lead scoring, segmentation, and nurture campaigns. Event follow-ups.- Coordinate outbound sales campaigns via email, SMS, and social media.

Sales Process Optimization

- Document and refine sales workflows, including client onboarding.- Assist in proposal creation and sales pitch optimization.- Manage and schedule Platform Presentations and demos.

Client Engagement and Follow-Ups

- Book meetings, send follow-ups, and coordinate sales team calendars.- Support PAMs in tracking renewals, upsells, and customer lifecycle stages.- Ensure seamless handover of leads to the sales team.

High-Touch Administrative and Communication Support

- Handle internal and external sales communications.- Assist in compiling reports, presentations, and training materials.- Coordinate with marketing for content and sales enablement materials.
