- Oversee negotiation and drafting of construction contracts
- Advise on project risks and legal compliance
- Collaborate with external lawyers on construction claims
- Prepare legal documentation and briefings for management
- Support procurement efforts and legal advisories
- Law degree (J.D. or LL.B.) with Ontario membership
- 2-4 years of experience in construction law
- Knowledge in construction litigation and project management
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Ability to obtain a Transportation Security Clearance
