Legal Counsel
The Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario (IPC) seeks a legal counsel to provide advice on privacy and access to information issues in the provincial and municipal public sectors.
Location: 2 Bloor St E, Toronto, Toronto Region.
Salary: commensurate with legal experience.
Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and guidance on privacy and access to information matters within the IPC.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience providing legal advice on privacy and access to information matters.
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
- Preference for experience in administrative law, reviewing legislation, and knowledge of the provincial or municipal public sector.
