Klick Legal Counsel for Creative Production

This role within Klick’s dedicated Legal & Contracts team is integral to aligning contracts with client needs and internal risk standards. You will engage with various teams—Creative, Finance, and Client Services—to ensure optimal contract terms across vendor negotiations and procurement activities. Your leadership will enhance Klick's service delivery and creative project execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and manage contracts with vendors and agencies
- Develop standards and frameworks for creative procurement
- Advise on contract terms and vendor escalations
- Foster strategic supplier relationships and optimize performance
- Enhance contract lifecycle processes and documentation
- 5–10 years of experience in contract law or vendor relations
- Expertise in creative and production-related agreements
- Strong acumen for identifying risk and compliance
- Experience in improving vendor engagement workflows
- Legal degree or equivalent experience desired
