- Draft and negotiate contracts for various commercial transactions

- Guide commercial strategies and partnerships
- Handle legal aspects of technology and licensing agreements
- Advise on privacy laws and marketing compliance
- Member of the Ontario Bar
- At least 3 years of relevant legal experience
- Strong knowledge in commercial and technology law
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities
