Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor Practice Managers and clinical teams
- Support regional growth initiatives and operational strategies
Requirements
- 3‑5+ years of dental management experience
- Proven leadership in dental or healthcare settings
- Strong financial management skills and KPI oversight
- Exceptional communication and relationship‑building abilities
- Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment
