Responsibilities

Forget robotic scripts and phone trees—in this role, you are the face of the brand. You’ll manage direct, unscripted inbound inquiries, helping clients via phone and email with order entries, invoicing, pricing quotes, and complex issue resolution.

Structured, Phased Onboarding: We set you up to win! You’ll build your workload progressively - starting with English calls, adding English emails, and seamlessly ramping up to French calls and emails as you gain confidence.

Dynamic Pace: You’ll handle a lively mix of calls and emails (target handle times: 3.5 mins/call, 5–6 mins/email) in a modern, highly professional setting.

Qualifications
Bilingualism: Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.

Proven Stability: A consistent, stable work history with strong professional tenure.

Adaptability: Customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, tech, or customer support where you excelled at on-the-spot problem-solving without a script.

Education: A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred (or a High School Diploma paired with extensive customer support experience).
