The Client Experience Specialist plays an important role in creating and maintaining an exceptional client experience that reflects the brand's heritage, values and uncompromising standards of service.

As a Client Experience Specialist at Raffi Jewellers, you will:
Client Experience & Service Excellence

Deliver and continuously enhance exceptional client experiences across the entire client journey, from welcome and consultation through purchase and after-sales.
Support post-sale follow-up and collaborate with Management to ensure a seamless after-sales experience.
Maintain a strong knowledge of the brand's heritage, collections, product features and key attributes.
Participate in ongoing brand and product training and utilize available learning resources and digital platforms.
Share product knowledge and best practices with colleagues to support a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment.
Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the boutique, including opening and closing responsibilities as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards and applicable regulations.
Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of in-store and external client events.
Work collaboratively with colleagues across Client Experience, Sales, Hospitality, Administration and Service.
Support colleagues when required to ensure that the highest level of client service is consistently maintained.
You are confident and approachable, naturally build relationships and understand how to provide attentive service while maintaining the discretion expected in a luxury environment.
You understand that luxury service is not simply about the product — it is about how the client feels throughout the entire experience.

Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, jewellery, watches or another premium client-service environment.
Exceptional client service and relationship-building skills.
Flexibility to work hours based on operational business needs, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Post-secondary education is an asset.
Proficiency in English is required.
