What You'll Do:
Provide personalized support to our clients online.
- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their unique needs.
Educate clients on our products and services.
- Resolve client inquiries and address any concerns promptly and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Continuously improve your customer service skills and product knowledge.
What You Bring:
- Experience in customer service or a related field (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
- Willingness to obtain a professional license
