Objectif Nous recherchons une personne talentueuse et motivée pour agir en tant qu'appelant à froid (setter), chargé de fixer des rendez-vous avec des Petites et Moyennes Entreprises (PME). Ce rôle est basé sur un système de commission avec d'importantes opportunités d'évolution, incluant la possibilité de combiner les rôles de setter et de closer.
Description du Poste L'appelant à froid se concentrera sur la prise de contact avec des prospects qualifiés, l'engagement des interlocuteurs, et la planification de rendez-vous avec notre équipe commerciale. Une fois les compétences et l'expertise démontrées, le poste pourra évoluer pour inclure la conclusion directe de contrats avec les clients.
Structure de Rémunération Ce poste est entièrement basé sur une commission , avec le potentiel de gains suivant :
- 10 % de commission sur tous les leads générés, transformés en rendez-vous, et conclus par notre équipe.
- 20 % de commission sur tous les leads que vous générez, transformez en rendez-vous, et concluez personnellement.
Détails des Services Nos services varient entre 1 000 $ et 5 000 $ CAD par mois , avec des contrats d'une durée minimale de 4 mois. Cette structure offre un fort potentiel de revenus pour les candidats compétents.

Cold Caller for SME Appointment Setting (Commission-Based)
Objective
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to act as a cold caller (setter) for booking meetings with Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). This role is commission-based with significant growth opportunities, including the potential to transition into a dual setter and closer position.
Role Description
The cold caller will focus on reaching out to qualified leads, engaging prospects, and scheduling meetings with our sales team. Upon demonstrating readiness and expertise, the role can expand to include closing deals directly with clients.
Compensation Structure
This is a fully commission-based role with the following earning potential:
10% commission on all leads you generate, booked as meetings, and successfully closed by our team.
20% commission on all leads you generate, book as meetings, and personally close.Service Details
Our services range from $1,000 to $5,000 CAD per month , with contracts running for a minimum of 4 months . This structure offers a strong earning potential for the right candidate.

Requirements
