Une entreprise de télémarketing, spécialisé en prise de rendez-vous, recherche des gens de talents pour supporter la croissance de son centre d’appel:

NOUS VOUS OFFRONS:

100% en télétravail, système automatisé VOIP
Poste permanent entre 15 et 30 heures/semaine )
Vacances et chômage 3-4 mois /an (nos rush sont automne et printemps)
Rémunération horaire entre 18$ et 20$/hre selon vos compétences dans le domaine et des outils technologiques (DMS- Internet- VOIP…etc)
Programme de télémédecine et plus
Horaire de travail pour effectuer vos heures (15 à 30) sont du Lundi au vendredi entre 9h et 13h et/ou 16h à 20h ainsi que le samedi et dimanche entre 10h et15h

SOMMAIRE DU POSTE:

Effectuer des appels pour les CLIENTS à l’aide du système automatisé
Proposer et documenter les rendez-vous pour le service et ou les produits clients
Utiliser le script proposer par l’entreprise
Enregistrer les informations dans le système automatisé et CRM du client

Réception d’appels entrants, prise de RDV dans les systèmes des clients (domaine assurance, automobiles, vente détail, immobilier, industriel, etc).

CE POSTE EST POUR VOUS SI:

Anglais parlé fonctionnel (7/10 min)
Expérience minimale d’un (1) an en prise de rendez-vous ou en centre appel
Connaissance du secteur automobile et/ou de la vente , UN ATOUT
Disciplinée dans le respect de son horaire d’appels convenus avec son superviseur
Habiletés avec la technologie, (multi écran, vpn, dms et CRM etc.)
Vous avez un portable récent avec une bonne connexion Internet haute vitesse
Vous aimez la prise de RDV et le contact téléphonique et autonome pour travailler en télétravail
