Job Responsibility:
Job Summary
Build your book as a "Legacy Planners Advisor". All our agents receive 175% BONUS plus the FYC and No matter volume or experience.
We are seeking to hire a team of 20 Insurance professionals to service over 500 mortgage and real estate agents clients. This referral program is design to give our Legacy Planner a platform to build there book with a consistent flow up business. You have no upline to share commission with so you will receive 3x more that any MLM Insurance brokerage.
Duties
- Maintain a lead pipeline and update CRM
- Create and maintain relations ships with Legacy Referral sources.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to ensure client satisfaction.
- Use our technology to create customized legacy plans for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions for effective follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is highly desirable.
- Strong people skills
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients. .
- Proficiency in sales administration tasks, including maintaining client databases and preparing reports.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building long-lasting client relationships.
Experience/Qualifications
- LLQP License is required
- Experience in life insurance is preferred but not required
- Good understanding of life insurance products and market trends is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent skills in strategic planning and consistently achieving targets
- Ability to analyze client needs and suggest appropriate solutions
