Nous sommes un fournisseur de services de perception depuis 1921 , avec des clients dans les secteurs financiers, gouvernementaux et de télécommunications.
Nous sommes à la recherche d'agents de recouvrement ambitieux et dynamiques avec ou sans expérience pour se joindre à son équipe pour un emploi en télétravail, pour servir notre client!
Nous offrons:
- Positions d'agent junior, intermédiaire et sénior en résolutions de litiges
- Temps plein et permanent (40 heures/semaine).
- Salaire concurrentiel selon l'expérience.
- Télétravail à l'exception de la période de formation.
- Assurances collectives, incluant soins médicaux, oculaire et dentaire (primes 100% payées par l'employeur)
- Programme de RÉER (contribué par l'employeur)
Tâches et responsabilités:
- Communiquer avec les consommateurs par le biais d'appels entrants et sortants, assister à la résolution des comptes en souffrance.
- Communiquer en français ou en anglais selon la préférence du débiteur.
- Faire la mise à jour et la documentation des dossiers clients.
- Faire des analyses de dossiers afin de résoudre les litiges.
Qualifications et exigences:
- Bilingue: niveau de français et anglais avancé autant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit (en raison de la communication avec les consommateurs en français et en anglais selon la préférence du consommateur).
- Capable de travailler sous pression
- Bon communicateur
- Esprit compétitif et qui apprécie le travail d'équipe
- Capacité de faire du télétravail
- Demeurer dans la grande région de Montréal
