Toronto Fee Officer - Financial Services

Join our high-performing team as a Fee Officer in Toronto, Ontario, where you will play a key role in fee processing and internal client support. This is a term position with a focus on continuous improvement. In this role, you will ensure efficient management of automated and manual fee setups, maintaining compliance with client agreements and internal policies. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will help resolve issues and enhance service quality, while direct communication with internal clients will foster strong relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain automated fee diaries for clients
- Identify opportunities for manual fee setups when needed
- Code and process fee calculations according to guidelines
- Control documentation flow within the department
- Respond timely to internal client inquiries regarding fees
- Required post-secondary education
- Understanding of fee calculation processes is an asset
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think analytically and resolve procedural variances
