Manager of Office Services & Facilities

Robert Half Canada is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Manager, Office Services & Facilities in Toronto. This role is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the office and helping deliver a professional, client-focused, and high-performing workplace experience.Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, the successful candidate will oversee facilities, conference services, and Business Centre operations, while leading the local Office Services team and partnering with office leadership on service delivery, budgeting, risk awareness, and continuous improvement. This role requires on-site presence a minimum of four (4) days per week.ResponsibilitiesLead daily office operations, including facilities, conference services, and Business Centre functionsOversee vendor relationships for workplace services such as janitorial, mail, print, food service, and office amenitiesSupport compliance with security, risk management, business continuity, and emergency preparedness protocolsPartner with office leadership and internal teams to deliver a consistent, client-ready workplace experienceLead, coach, and develop the Office Services team in TorontoSupport budgeting, cost management, and vendor spend oversightIdentify and implement service and workplace process improvementsCollaborate on space utilization and workplace planning initiativesQualificationsUniversity degree in business administration, operations, or a related fieldMinimum 6 years of progressive operations or office management experiencePrior team leadership or supervisory experience; experience in a law firm or complex corporate environment is an assetStrong communication, project management, and change management skillsDemonstrated budgeting, financial management, and problem-solving abilitiesAble to work effectively in a decentralized, matrixed environmentProficient in Microsoft Office and standard workplace technologiesAble to manage confidential information with discretion and sound judgmentRobert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
