This role requires a passionate change management professional with at least 5 years of experience, especially supporting procurement and supplier management through enterprise system implementations. You will craft comprehensive communications across various audiences, manage training curriculum for important tools like Coupa, and support global deployment coordination. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute tailored communication strategies
- Design training materials for Coupa and related platforms
- Analyze stakeholder impacts during contract management changes
- Coordinate multi-regional deployment while managing complexities
- Ensure readiness assessments meet quality standards
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
- 5+ years in change management, 3 years in procurement
- Experience with enterprise platform implementations
- Proven content production leadership
- Strong understanding of ADKAR or similar methodologies
