Remote Electrical Engineer in Power Systems

Drive innovation as a Remote Electrical Engineer specializing in Power Systems Studies. Utilize expertise in SKM PowerTools to enhance mission-critical projects from your home in Canada. We are seeking experienced professionals with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and over 10 years of expertise. In this role, you will be involved in electrical system design and analysis, conducting critical reliability studies, and creating detailed project documentation. Collaborating with fellow engineers, you will coordinate BIM models and ensure design integrity through effective problem-solving. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical system design using SKM PowerTools
- Conduct short-circuit and reliability studies for systems
- Prepare engineering calculations and schematic designs
- Collaborate on BIM models and address design issues
- Support site inspections to verify system performance
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years in electrical engineering, mission-critical focus
- Proficient in SKM PowerTools and BIM software
- Knowledge of MV/LV distribution and UPS systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and communication
