As the Senior Manager, you will lead Total Rewards initiatives by designing and managing comprehensive benefits and compensation programs. Your strategic thinking will be supported by leveraging HRIS systems for better decision-making and compliance governance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs
  • Oversee annual renewal processes and partner with outside advisors
  • Develop educational materials to support compensation communications
  • Provide expert guidance for benefits and compensation administration
  • Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local laws
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of total rewards strategy experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; Master’s preferred
  • Strong analytical skills using HRIS data
  • Advanced communication and influence abilities
  • Experience in developing benefits policies and frameworks
