You will lead functional discussions, ensure effective change management, and mentor junior consultants while delivering exceptional support and architectural documentation. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional leadership in Dynamics 365 FSCM modules
- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders
- Lead solution design for enhancements and integrations
- Deliver advanced application support for operational issues
- Document functional designs and operational procedures
- 7+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM
- 5+ years in AMS or post-go-live support model
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 SCM modules
- 7+ years in solution architecture and functional design
- Experience supporting third-party system integrations
