HR Coordinator at Edmonton Public Library

Join the Edmonton Public Library as an HR Coordinator and elevate your career in a collaborative environment. Provide essential HR support while focusing on customer service and attention to detail. In this temporary 12-month role, you will be one of two HR Coordinators dedicated to delivering high-quality HR services in Edmonton. Your responsibilities will include managing HR inquiries, overseeing recruitment processes, and coordinating onboarding. You'll also maintain records and support ERP implementation, all while ensuring accuracy and effective communication. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to HR inquiries through multiple channels
• Administer recruitment processes, including job postings
• Coordinate onboarding and pre-employment requirements
• Manage the applicant tracking system (Taleo)
• Prepare HR documentation and support reporting needs Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience
• Proficiency in Excel and HR systems (Taleo, PeopleSoft)
• Ability to interpret policies and collective agreements
