You will be responsible for optimizing team performance at various activation events, ensuring all logistics are efficiently managed. Key Responsibilities:
- Create and conduct impactful training sessions
- Manage schedules for maximum team effectiveness
- Supervise setup and disassembly of activation booths
- Track and analyze individual and team sales performance
- Lead teams at events by providing hands-on support
- Proven track record in achieving sales goals
- Previous leadership experience in sales
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and coach others effectively
- Willingness to adapt to evening and weekend schedules
