WSP Environmental Project Director Role

Elevate contaminated site management as WSP's Environmental Project Director. Utilize 15+ years of experience to mentor teams and ensure quality project delivery. WSP seeks an Environmental Project Director to direct projects involving contaminated sites. This role involves extensive mentoring of junior project staff and delivering technical direction on environmental assessments. You will collaborate with leadership to fulfill client objectives, manage proposals, and maintain high safety standards on-site. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and oversee environmental site assessment deliverables
- Mentor junior and intermediate staff for skill development
- Support technical communications with clients and regulators
- Conduct field visits to guide project teams
- Promote health and safety practices on projects
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering or geoscience
- Minimum 15 years of contaminated site experience
- Strong communication and mentoring skills
- Immediate eligibility to register as a Skilled professional
- Expertise in Microsoft Office and database tools
