Become the EHS leader at Bass Pro Shops for all Canadian operations. This in-person position involves managing compliance and fostering a robust safety framework across diverse retail locations. As the Canada Country EHS Manager, you'll leverage your expertise to develop and implement environmental and safety strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead EHS strategy development across multiple sites
• Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations
• Manage internal audits and regulatory interactions
• Drive consistency in safety practices across locations
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs
• Champion EHS initiatives and drive compliance efforts with Bass Pro Shops in your region.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Environmental Science
• 8–12+ years in EHS management
• Skilled certifications (CRSP, CHSC) ideal
• Experience with multi-location retail operationsSolid communication and leadership skills
