Director of Business Development, Major Projects

Lead Allnorth’s Major Projects team as the Director of Business Development in Calgary, AB. Drive business growth by securing multi-million-dollar opportunities and fostering strategic client relationships. In this senior position, you will play a crucial role in shaping growth strategies and enhancing market positioning for Allnorth. Working closely with company leadership, you will influence decisions and strengthen partnerships, particularly with Indigenous communities. Your insights will contribute to the overall success of Major Projects within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Secure new and existing major project accounts
- Develop and implement the Annual Operating Plan for the division
- Support BD leaders in achieving their growth targets
- Build and maintain executive client relationships
- Represent Allnorth at key industry events
- Demonstrated success in securing large business development wins
- In-depth knowledge of market dynamics and client drivers
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Degree in a relevant field is advantageous
- Ability to engage with Indigenous communities
