- Drive continuous improvement efforts in service performance
- 7–10+ years in service delivery, client success, or similar fields
- Experience with complex enterprise client delivery management
- Familiarity with managed services and Microsoft environments
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
