RN Clinical Mentor for Home Health

Elevate patient-centered care as a Clinical Mentor at Fraser Health. This role focuses on mentoring nursing staff through direct practice support and skill enhancement in Home Health settings. Fraser Health seeks an experienced RN Clinical Mentor to guide nursing staff within Inpatient Medicine. You will collaborate closely with Nurse Educators to deliver practical mentorship and share your expertise. This position significantly influences clinical practice excellence and promotes safe, evidence-based care. Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a clinical mentor and resource for nursing staff
• Provide real-time practice support with Nurse Educators
• Deliver training for onboarding and ongoing professional development
• Lead staff to enhance clinical skills and confidence
• Assess and address learning needs through observation Requirements:
• Current RN registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives
• Minimum three years nursing experience in relevant fields
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring nursing staff
• Leadership training or equivalent
