Clinical Nurse Specialist Nursing Leader

Lead clinical excellence as a Clinical Nurse Specialist, specializing in nursing and psychiatric services. Apply your advanced knowledge in a dynamic, multidisciplinary healthcare environment. This role requires a Master's degree in Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing and minimum five years of diverse clinical experience. The Clinical Nurse Specialist will spearhead initiatives in program evaluation, clinical practice direction, and nursing leadership education. Key Responsibilities:

- Direct program development and quality evaluation efforts

- Minimum five years in various relevant nursing roles
- Master’s degree required with coursework in research methods
- Active RN registration under applicable health professions act
