As the techno-functional leader, you will oversee the stable operation of NetSuite ERP, ensuring smooth integration across multiple departments including finance, sales, and warehouse management. Your engagement with product workflows and optimization will directly impact operational efficiency. This leadership role requires collaboration with both internal teams and external NetSuite experts. Key Responsibilities:
- Directly manage the IT department and contractors
- Own and enhance NetSuite ERP functions and workflows
- Improve accuracy and efficiency in warehouse operations
- Lead systems integrations and automation initiatives
- Ensure robust cybersecurity measures are in place
- 3 years minimum experience with NetSuite ERP
- Strong knowledge of inventory and distribution systems
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration
- Capability to manage IT team and operations
- Familiarity with security frameworks like Darktrace
