- Mentor consultants, supporting their career development
- 8+ years of experience in ERP solutions like D365 Business Central
- Proven track record of leading consulting projects
- Strong understanding of finance and operational processes
- Experience in team development and mentoring
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
