In this pivotal role, you will review, negotiate, and execute IT contracts, acting as a liaison between internal stakeholders and vendors. The right candidate will demonstrate expertise in IT procurement, vendor governance, and strategic sourcing across infrastructure and data center services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for all contract-related inquiries
- Negotiate, execute, and manage technology consulting contracts
- Lead contract discussions ensuring compliance with business needs
- Oversee contract lifecycles and vendor engagements proactively
- Support vendor evaluations and analyze supplier proposals
Requirements:
- Experience managing technology-related contracts such as MSAs and NDAs
- Robust vendor management and procurement background
- Knowledge of infrastructure and hosting vendor products
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and finance principles
