2+ months, approx 37 hrs/week

Rate: $45-75/hr (T4)

Our agency client is looking for an Account Director with strong agency experience across PR, social, and influencer work - ideally from innovative shops who brings a sharp, data driven strategic mindset.

• Joining a fast-growing agency team and supporting high profile B2C clients across categories such as CPG and alcohol
• Building social content and influencer campaign strategies, validating plans with media, presenting recommendations, and securing client approval
• Running programs end-to-end and guiding a team of Account Managers on daily execution
• Setting strategic direction and managing team members to deliver high quality program outputs
• Monitoring results, reporting performance, and collaborating with internal and client teams to ensure successful campaign delivery

Skills and Requirements

• 6+ years experience working within a social, influencer, or PR agency environment
• Strong strategic mindset for developing integrated campaign approaches
• Proven ability to run programs and manage cross functional teams
• Exceptional client facing communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
