Senior Manager in Business Development with Fike

Unlock new business possibilities as a Senior Business Development Manager at Fike Canada. Engage in remote/hybrid work while driving sales for Explosion Protection products in Ontario. Fike Canada, part of Fike Corporation, is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead strategic initiatives. In this role, you will contact new customers, nurture existing accounts, and provide valuable mentorship to colleagues. Your responsibilities will require regular travel for direct engagement with stakeholders and industry experts. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute strategic business plans to enhance product sales
- Lead and develop a dedicated sales team to improve performance
- Conduct essential market research to identify growth avenues
- Create strong relationships with clients and industry professionals
- Mentor team members and improve internal knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or relevant discipline
- Over seven years of related sales experience
- Expertise in cold-calling and competitive market knowledge
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel frequently for relationship building
