Capture Management Director
Join AECOM as a Capture Management Director and spearhead major enterprise-level pursuits. This hybrid role requires strategic thinking and consultative sales expertise. Reporting to the Capture Lead, you will play a key role in developing winning strategies to support the Buildings + Places business line. Your leadership will focus on collaboration with various teams to ensure operational excellence and high capture rates, driving growth and sustainability initiatives across the Americas.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead consultative sales processes to win major pursuits.
- Coordinate discovery and differentiation strategies for client programs.
- Use insights from recent wins to inform strategic decisions.
- Promote a team-oriented workplace for value-driven outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with commercial elements of contracts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience, including leadership roles.
- At least 4 years in business development strategy.
- Success in developing compelling sales propositions.
- Experience in a global matrix organization preferred.
- Solid mentoring abilities for team development.
