TDEF Pricing and Business Manager

- Provide ongoing pricing guidance to Sales teams
- Support sales productivity and pipeline visibility enhancements
- Deliver crucial business performance analytics
- Lead initiatives for workflow improvements and process standards
- Collaborate on Sales Incentive Plan administration
- 6–10+ years in pricing or financial services experience
- Strong analytical capabilities with data focus
- Proven track record in process improvement
- Digital fluency with Excel and reporting tools
- Bilingual French/English advantageous
