Administrative Assistant

AcuFast is currently recruiting for a part-time Administrative Assistant to support operations at our Saskatoon office. Reporting to the Human Resources Department, this position plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Saskatoon office through inventory management, shipping and logistics coordination, office organization, and administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, dependable individual who enjoys working independently while collaborating with multiple departments across the organization. The position is approximately 2025 hours per week (45 hours per day), with flexibility in scheduling.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage operational inventory and office supplies and coordinate supply purchases.
Receive incoming shipments while maintaining accurate inventory records.
Prepare and coordinate domestic and international shipments.
Coordinate courier pickups, deliveries, and shipping documentation.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
Support visitor coordination and general office logistics.
Scan, organize, file, and maintain electronic and paper records.
Assist with legal agreement administration and document tracking.
Provide administrative support to the HR Department and other business functions as required.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all company-related matters.
Experience & Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Previous experience in office administration, inventory management, shipping/receiving, logistics, or a similar role is an asset.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to safely lift and move boxes, shipping materials, and office supplies.
