Hybrid Accounting Manager in Mississauga

This permanent position involves overseeing financial reporting and mentoring a small team while collaborating with finance leadership. The candidate should have a strong technical accounting background and enjoy guiding others. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial reporting for assigned property portfolio
- Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Oversee cash management, distributions, and funding
- Coordinate year-end audit and prepare working papers
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- CPA designation required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience leading or mentoring accounting staff
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
