Role Overview

As a Team Lead (Division Manager) at Randstad, you’ll take the reins of a high‑performing unit, guiding your team of sales professionals in the engineering and industrial trades sector to new heights.

Responsibilities

• Lead & inspire by coaching and mentoring your team.
• Achieve and surpass annual revenue and gross margin targets while driving growth and retention of key clients.
• Design and implement recruiting strategies to meet ambitious growth goals while staying within budget.
• Ensure the division applies operational best practices to achieve strong performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance profitability, streamline operations, and foster a culture of excellence.
• Engage in real‑time coaching to optimize sales visits, manage orders and resolve challenges.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in a Staffing Consultant role with Randstad or 2+ years in the staffing industry, preferably in the engineering vertical.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional recruiting results.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high‑performing team.
