Manager of Software Development Teams

Take charge at SOTI as a Software Development Manager and innovate within a hybrid work model in Mississauga. Lead teams towards operational excellence and agile practices. - Enhance organizational capability in product delivery
- Assist teams with obstacle removal and process improvements
- Guide teams in adopting new solutions and technologies
- Mentor team members on best practices in software development
- Collaborate with Product Owners and ScrumMasters on projects
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 10+ years in software design, testing, and development
- 5+ years in leadership roles
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
