About The Role

TD SYNNEX is seeking a results‑driven and collaborative Supervisor of Business Development to lead and scale our AWS and Google Cloud growth initiatives. In this high‑impact leadership role, you will coach and develop a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), drive strategic partnerships, and execute go‑to‑market strategies that accelerate revenue and profitability across key cloud solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead & Develop Talent
    • Mentor, coach, and inspire a team of Business Development Representatives to achieve and exceed performance goals.
    • Provide ongoing feedback, career development support, and performance management.
    • Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives to build a high‑performing team.
  • Drive Business Growth
    • Develop and execute strategic business development plans for AWS and Google Cloud solutions.
    • Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
    • Monitor and improve team productivity metrics and pipeline performance.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution
    • Create and present business development strategies to senior leadership.
    • Align team initiatives with broader organizational goals and cloud growth priorities.
    • Evaluate and prioritize new initiatives, partnerships, and alliances.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
    • Partner closely with sales, marketing, and vendor teams to align go‑to‑market efforts.
    • Ensure consistent communication of goals, performance, and priorities across stakeholders.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Analyze reporting and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
    • Ensure accurate tracking and management of customer engagement and contact records.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or cloud solutions.
  • Proven experience leading or mentoring teams in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure ecosystems.
  • Relevant cloud certifications (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
  • Post‑secondary education in business, technology, or a related field.

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Willingness to travel as needed and work flexible hours when required.
  • Valid driver’s license (if applicable based on role location).

  • Diriger et développer les talents

    • Contribuer aux processus de recrutement, d’intégration et de formation afin de bâtir une équipe performante.
  • Stimuler la croissance des affaires
    • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans stratégiques de développement des affaires pour les solutions AWS et Google Cloud.
    • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités de marché, des partenariats et des sources de revenus.
    • Suivre et optimiser les indicateurs de performance et la productivité de l’équipe.
  • Planification et exécution stratégiques
    • Concevoir et présenter des stratégies de développement des affaires à la haute direction.
    • Aligner les initiatives de l’équipe avec les objectifs organisationnels et les priorités de croissance du cloud.
    • Évaluer et prioriser de nouvelles initiatives, alliances et partenariats.
  • Collaboration interfonctionnelle
    • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes des ventes, du marketing et les partenaires fournisseurs afin d’aligner les stratégies de mise en marché.
    • Assurer une communication cohérente des objectifs, des performances et des priorités auprès des parties prenantes.
  • Excellence opérationnelle
    • Analyser les données de performance et les rapports afin d’identifier les tendances et les opportunités d’amélioration.
    • Mettre en œuvre des améliorations de processus pour accroître l’efficacité, l’évolutivité et l’expérience client.
    • Assurer un suivi rigoureux des interactions clients et la gestion des données de contact.

Qualifications Requises

  • Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en vente, développement des affaires ou solutions infonuagiques.
  • Expérience démontrée en gestion ou en mentorat d’équipe dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, en présentation et en développement de relations.
  • Esprit analytique avec la capacité d’interpréter des données et d’améliorer les performances.
  • Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office et des systèmes CRM.

Atouts :

  • Expérience avec les environnements AWS, Google Cloud ou Microsoft Azure.
  • Certifications infonuagiques pertinentes (AWS, Google Cloud ou Azure).
  • Diplôme d’études postsecondaires en affaires, en technologie ou dans un domaine connexe.

La rémunération annuelle offerte sera déterminée en fonction de plusieurs variables, notamment le lieu géographique, l’expérience professionnelle, la formation ainsi que les compétences et réalisations, et fera l’objet d’une entente mutuelle au moment de l’offre.
