Branch Manager - Mississauga

Prevost, a division of Volvo Group Canada Inc., is currently looking for a Branch Manager for its Mississauga Service Center.

Responsibilities

• Provide on‑site leadership, motivation, and direction for the branch staff.
• Expand the customer base and branch profitability.
• Lead and foster winning teams cross‑functionally, challenging the status quo.
• Implement improvements and efficiencies in the branch.
• Develop personal, professional, and technical skills for themselves and their team on an ongoing basis.
• Resolve conflicts between team members and customers.
• Foster teamwork in a demanding environment.
• Apply entrepreneurial mindset with strong financial acumen.
• Interpret Profit & Loss statements and develop strategies to exploit market opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, rules, and values.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager.

Benefits

• Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 per year.
• Minimum of 5 weeks of vacation.
• Comprehensive group insurance paid 100% by the company.
• Retirement plan with employer contribution up to 7%.

Qualifications

• About 10 years of industry‑related experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree with a business major preferred or equivalent training.
• Excellent knowledge of the bus, truck, and/or automotive industry.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Negotiation skills with the ability to balance sales objectives.
• SAP software knowledge is a plus.
