Design Manager For Ecwe Project Mississauga

Lead design and method strategies for the Eglinton Crosstown LRT expansion. This hybrid role at TRP combines engineering leadership with construction execution expertise to deliver cost-effective transit facilities. As the Design & Means & Methods Manager, you will guide the multidisciplinary coordination of stations while overseeing methods for the ECWE–SRS Project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design coordination for transit facilities and infrastructure
• Manage all submittals related to architectural and structural works
• Coordinate with stakeholders ensuring compliance with requirements
• Develop and optimize construction means and methods
• Analyze constructability and logistics planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 7–10+ years in infrastructure project experience
• Solid knowledge of transit systems design and construction methods
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• P.Eng or OAA designation preferred
