Full-Time Accounting Technician in Mississauga
Allied Tooling Technologies Inc.
Become a critical part of the financial team as a Full-Time Accounting Technician at our Mississauga location. This job requires proficiency in payroll processing and financial report preparation. We are seeking an experienced Accounting Technician for permanent full-time work in Mississauga, Ontario. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience and a secondary school graduation certificate. You will undertake various accounting tasks including managing ledgers and preparing payroll. Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate and prepare payroll cheques accurately
- Maintain and balance ledgers and accounts
- Prepare financial and accounting reports
- Handle tax returns and trial balances
- Utilize computerized bookkeeping systems for efficiency
- 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel
- Ability to work independently under pressure
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be a permanent resident or valid temporary resident of Canada
