Senior Health and Safety Analyst at RBI

Drive health and safety programs with Restaurant Brands International as a Senior Analyst in Kingston or Guelph. Support wellness initiatives and ensure compliance across multiple distribution centers. RBI is searching for a Senior Analyst for Health and Safety to enhance safety efforts at its eastern distribution centers. With a focus on incident management, compliance, and training, you will analyze key safety indicators and trends. This role mandates onsite presence five days a week for effective collaboration with teams and leadership. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead health and safety program implementation and maintenance
• Manage compliance tracking within health and safety systems
• Prepare reports on safety indicators and incident trends
• Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and near misses
• Coordinate health and safety training sessions across sites Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
• Minimum 5 years of health and safety experience
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation
• Proficient in health and safety management systems
