Legal Intern for gtechna's Compliance Team

Gain hands-on legal experience with gtechna as a Legal Intern in a dynamic tech environment. Support the Legal team with tasks ranging from document preparation to contract management. This internship with gtechna offers an excellent opportunity for those currently enrolled in Law or Business Administration programs. You will work closely with the Legal team while handling contract management and legal documentation. The role emphasizes research and administrative support, ensuring a well-rounded educational experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a summary file for customer contracts
- Provide legal team with vital administrative support
- Organize and manage legal files and documentation
- Conduct research on legal and contractual topics
- Assist with drafting and updating legal documents
- Enrolled in Law or Business Administration program
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
