- Develop strategies to mitigate risks and enhance processes
- Member of Barreau du Quebec or Chambre des notaires
- 8+ years of relevant legal experience
- Solid compliance knowledge in banking regulations
- Expertise in Personal & Commercial operational processes
- Experience managing complex regulatory cases
