Job Title: People Analytics Advisor Lead
Location: Montreal Quebec
Work Model: Hybrid (1–2-day office)
Duration: Contract (6 months)
Pay range: CAD (100-140)/hr {Depending upon years of experience}
We’re looking for an experienced People Analytics Advisor Lead to partner with our client’s business functions and deliver data-driven insights that inform business and talent strategies through advanced people analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop actionable, data-driven insights aligned with business strategies
- Analyze workforce data and create compelling narratives through visualizations
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Monitor talent trends and provide timely, data-backed updates
- Identify process gaps and drive optimization using data insights
- Support strategic initiatives (manager effectiveness, D&I, workforce planning)
- Contribute to advanced analytics across talent lifecycle and employee experience
- Enhance reporting capabilities, automation, and self-service analytics
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in people analytics, HR analytics, Workforce Intelligence, or Strategic Workforce Planning
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or similar
- Strong expertise in data storytelling & presentation (PowerPoint)
- HRIS / HCM data environments (e.g., Workday)
- Experience building analytics frameworks, reporting architecture, and governance models
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or data analysis tools
- Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with Power BI (preferred)
